FAQ

Here are some of the most common questions I am asked. If you have any further questions, please do get in touch via my contact page

Is all your jewellery handmade?

Yes! All my jewellery is handmade from my small home workshop in Bristol. I use a mix of traditional and modern silversmithing techniques. As with any handmade item, it may not have the cookie cutter perfection of a mass-produced item, however instead you are buying a unique eco-friendly item that has been made with love.

How long before my order is dispatched?

All ready made orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. Custom orders will take longer to allow for the making time.

How much is postage?

To ensure your item arrives safely I send all orders either signed for or tracked delivery.

UK - From £4.50

Europe - From £9

Rest of the world - From £15

Do you take commissions?

Yes! I love working on commissions and bringing your ideas to life. However,  I only take on a limited number of commissions at a time to ensure that I can dedicate enough time to the process.

Can I send you my own sea glass to turn into a piece of jewellery?

Yes, I have often done this for customers who have found their own piece of sea glass.

How long do custom orders take?

This will vary depending on the complexity of the commission and how much design work and sourcing or materials is needed. On average, please allow 3-4 weeks minimum for any custom orders,

How can I work out my ring size?

The most reliable way to check your ring size is to pop into a jewellers and ask them to do this for you. I will be offering a ring sizer in my shop soon which can be posted directly to you.

My jewellery is turning black, how can I clean it?

Unfortunately, all metal can tarnish overtime. Luckily, it can be easily cleaned and made shiny and new again. Check out my jewellery care guide for advice.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can depending on the item. I'm afraid for hygiene reasons I can't accept earring returns. See my returns and exchanges policy for more details.
